David's home is an earlier 1900's house, that has a very low clearance crawlspace. Floors were needing some love for a while and when we got a hold of them we rebuilt some areas that needed it done. Other areas of the home received floor support too. They plan on keeping the house for quite a while wanted to make sure the floor was going to have the longevity.
