We performed a full roof replacement and constructed a new covered front porch for this Pinebluff NC residence. Our crew stripped the old roofing materials down to the decking to ensure a clean installation of new asphalt shingles across the entire home. The new porch was built from the ground up using pressure-treated lumber and reinforced concrete footings for long-term stability. We added a custom gable roof to the entryway, finished with white vinyl soffits and dark-painted railings that provide a sharp contrast against the home’s vinyl siding. This combination of structural repairs and aesthetic upgrades significantly enhanced the property's exterior durability and curb appeal.
