We designed and built a custom outdoor living area featuring a pressure-treated wood pergola and an elevated deck. Our team constructed a sturdy red brick foundation to support the new structure, ensuring a seamless integration with the existing home exterior. We also installed a set of wooden stairs and black metal railings to provide safe and easy access to the new space. To enhance the functionality of the deck, we added green privacy screening along the railings and created a dedicated enclosure for the HVAC unit. The project utilized durable pressure-treated lumber for the pergola's slatted roof and support beams, providing a shaded retreat for the homeowners. This transformation turned an underutilized backyard into a versatile area for outdoor dining and relaxation.
