We completed a comprehensive exterior painting project for this residential property in Garretson to address significant paint failure. Our team prepped the existing horizontal lap siding, which had extensive peeling and flaking across multiple elevations. We carefully masked the stone veneer accents, windows, and the screened-in porch to ensure a clean finish during the transition to the new color scheme. We applied a durable new finish to the lap siding and trim, updating the home from its original brown tones to a modern blue. The project included detailed work around the multi-story gable ends, the garage facade, and the underside of the elevated deck. This restoration not only improved the home’s curb appeal but also provided a protective layer against the South Dakota elements.
