DACP Construction is performing heavy civil and electrical infrastructure work at large-scale substation and industrial power facilities in the Rockdale, Texas area. This region hosts some of the largest electrical substations and digital infrastructure campuses in North America, supporting over 1 GW of power capacity across high-performance computing, AI data center, and industrial operations at the former Alcoa and Sandow sites. DACP Construction's scope includes site grading, foundation work, concrete pad construction, equipment pad preparation, and structural support for substation equipment.
