We completed a residential roofing installation for this single-story home in Mebane. Our team removed the existing weathered roofing materials and installed new brown architectural asphalt shingles across the entire roof surface. As part of the project, we replaced the chimney flashing and upgraded the spark arrestor cap to provide improved protection against the elements. We also installed a new ridge vent system to enhance attic ventilation and airflow, along with black rubber flashing boots on all PVC plumbing vents. In addition, minor siding repairs were completed to help maintain the home's exterior integrity. The finished project delivers a durable, weather-tight roofing system that improves both the home's protection and curb appeal.
