We completed a comprehensive commercial roof restoration project on a flat bitumen roof in Lake City. Our team started by pressure washing the weathered membrane and clearing debris to ensure a clean substrate for the new materials. We then addressed potential leak points by reinforcing parapet walls, skylight curbs, and ventilation stacks with white seam tape and reinforcing fabric. To complete the project, we applied a high-solids white elastomeric roof coating across the entire deck and all mechanical curbs. This reflective coating not only waterproofed the structure but also significantly improved thermal performance and UV resistance. The final result is a durable, seamless finish that protects the building from moisture infiltration for years to come.
