We completed a full reconstruction of an elevated wooden deck for a residence in Nothwest Hills Austin. Our team replaced a weathered and structurally compromised existing structure with a new timber frame built on secure concrete footings. This project involved removing rotted boards and beams to create a safe, functional outdoor space. The new installation features a modern cable railing system and a horizontal slat privacy wall. We used heavy timber posts and precision-installed joists, Ipe deck boards, to ensure structural integrity and long-term durability. The final outcome provides a clear view of the surrounding landscape while offering enhanced privacy for the homeowners.
