We completed a comprehensive commercial metal roof restoration for this facility in Clarkston. Our team addressed a weathered and discolored standing seam metal roof that featured significant surface wear and multiple rooftop penetrations. The project involved cleaning the existing corrugated panels and preparing the surface for a protective, reflective finish. We applied a durable white standing seam coating system to improve thermal performance and long-term weather resistance. During the process, we carefully sealed horizontal joints and worked around several York HVAC units, vent pipes, and architectural parapet walls. The finished roof provides a clean, uniform surface that protects the building's infrastructure from the elements.
