We installed a new gutter system on this single-story home in Onekama to improve its exterior water management. Our team integrated the drainage solution with the existing standing seam metal roof and gray horizontal siding to ensure efficient runoff. We focused on strategic downspout placement near the corners and garage to protect the foundation and surrounding landscaping. The project included the installation of high-capacity gutters and matching white downspouts designed to handle the water volume common with metal roof surfaces. We ensured all components were securely fastened with Snaplock and properly pitched to manage the home's perimeter effectively. This upgrade provides the property with long-term protection against moisture damage and soil erosion.
