We performed a comprehensive roof replacement on this single-story home in Arlington. The project began with a complete tear off of the existing materials to evaluate the underlying structure and ensure long-term stability. We identified the need for extensive re-decking, replacing old panels with new OSB sheathing to provide a solid foundation for the new roof. We installed high-performance synthetic underlayment across the entire surface for enhanced moisture protection. The final layer featured Tamko TItan XT architectural asphalt shingles in Weathered Wood, accented by new metal flashing and plumbing vent stacks. This complete restoration provides the property with a durable, weather-resistant roofing system built to last for years.
