We completed a comprehensive interior #renovation of this residence, transforming multiple living spaces from the studs up. Our team performed extensive demolition, structural framing, and plumbing upgrades to accommodate a complete two bathroom overhaul and updated kitchen layout. We also refreshed the laundry area with modern trim finishes. The project involved high-performance materials including #Laticrete waterproof backer boards, marble hexagon mosaic tiles, and large-format wall tiles with a recessed three-tier niche. In the kitchen, we installed a clean subway tile backsplash for a modern aesthetic. We finished the home with durable laminate flooring and a custom stone-veneer fireplace with custom concrete hearth, and finished it all off with new doors, baseboard and casings to ensure a cohesive and functional result.
