We addressed significant interior water damage by performing a complete replacement of a failing flat roof section on this Boca Raton residence. Our team began by stripping the weathered membrane and identifying multiple areas of deteriorated wood sheathing. We replaced several sections of plywood decking to ensure a solid, level structural base for the new roofing system. To provide long-term protection, we installed a high-performance blue synthetic underlayment as a secondary water barrier before applying the new white membrane. New plumbing vent boots and custom flashing were integrated to prevent future leaks at critical transition points where the flat roof borders existing clay tiles. This project successfully restored the home’s envelope and protected the interior from further moisture intrusion.
