We completed a full garage floor restoration in Paso Robles for a surface that was previously cracked and stained with heavy Efflorescence. After performing moisture and scratch tests, we repaired several structural cracks and ground all the concrete to prepare for a new professional coating system. We applied a concrete densifier and moisture vapor barrier before we installed our high-performance polyurea coating featuring Simiron Basalt chips to create a textured and durable finish. The project included matching the verticals and integrated the coating onto the entry steps, providing a seamless and easy-to-clean transition between the garage and the home.
