We completed a full gutter system replacement for this distinctive residence in Minneapolis. Our team installed over 270 linear feet of custom copper gutters and matching downspouts to ensure long-term drainage performance and architectural cohesion. This project required extensive scaffolding to safely navigate the multi-story stucco exterior and protect the ornate roofline during the installation process. We utilized high-grade copper for the entire system, including custom-fabricated decorative leader heads and architectural caps. To protect the new system from debris, we also integrated copper gutter guards that complement the barrel tile aesthetics. The final result provides a durable, corrosion-resistant drainage solution that enhances the home’s ornate exterior detailing.
