We completed a comprehensive residential reroof for this low-slope home in Orlando. Our team removed the weathered roofing membrane and addressed significant wood rot by replacing damaged plywood and OSB sheathing across the deck. We also performed critical repairs to the brick chimney flashing to ensure a watertight seal. We installed a high-performance synthetic underlayment followed by a CertainTeed Flintlastic SA granulated membrane system. This project included new metal drip edges and the installation of a replacement skylight to improve natural lighting and energy efficiency. The finished white membrane surface provides excellent durability and heat reflection for the Florida climate.
