An active leak above the front porch prompted focused roofing work at this South Austin multi-unit property. Skywall Construction completed the repair on May 26, 2026, replacing damaged or missing shingles with GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Pewter Gray and repairing the porch-area leak. The visit also included roof maintenance: sealing pipe flashings and roof vents, and sealing exposed nail heads on the ridge-cap shingles. The roof-level photograph shows the existing shingle roof following the localized repair and maintenance work.
