We completed a comprehensive residential re-roof for this single-story home in Orlando. Our team performed a full tear-off of the existing, debris-laden asphalt shingles to inspect the underlying structure. We identified and replaced damaged sections of the wooden roof deck and plywood sheathing to ensure a solid foundation for the new materials. We installed new grey architectural asphalt shingles over a protective layer of black underlayment and secured the system with updated flashing. The project included the installation of new ridge vents for improved ventilation and updated plumbing vent boots to prevent future leaks. This full replacement provided the residence with a durable, refreshed exterior that properly protects the home from Florida’s tropical elements.
