We completed a full residential roof replacement for this single-family home in Boca Raton. The process involved a complete tear-off of the existing roofing, followed by structural repairs where we replaced damaged plywood sheathing to ensure a sound deck. We installed high-performance architectural shingles on the pitched sections and a durable grey membrane system on the flat roof portions of the house. To maximize weather protection, we utilized Polyglass Polystick IR-X as a secondary water barrier and CertainTeed Flintlastic for the flat surfaces. Our team also updated the roof vents, plumbing stacks, and gutter system to improve overall drainage and ventilation.
