We completed a comprehensive seam and fastener sealing project on a 29,787 SQ Ft corrugated metal roof in Hazlehurst, Georgia. Our team addressed potential leak points by treating the vertical seams and fastener heads across the entire pitched surface. This maintenance project focused on extending the life of the existing metal roofing system for this commercial property. We applied a white, viscous sealant in wide strips over the panel joints and ridges to ensure a watertight barrier. The process included detailed application around the skylight structure and across the corrugated panels to prevent moisture intrusion. This treatment provides a durable layer of protection against the elements while improving the overall integrity of the building’s envelope.
