We completed exterior restoration work on this property, focusing on improving the condition and longevity of the home's wood surfaces. Our team prepared and refinished the rear fascia by scraping and sanding loose paint, priming exposed wood, sealing gaps with high-performance acrylic caulk, repairing minor surface damage, and applying two coats of premium Sherwin-Williams exterior paint for a durable, long-lasting finish. On the front deck and stairs, we performed thorough surface preparation, spot-primed bare wood, and applied two coats of Sherwin-Williams exterior stain to enhance protection against weather and everyday wear. The project also included replacing damaged deck boards on the front porch with new materials, restoring the deck's structural integrity while improving its overall appearance and extending its service life.
