We performed comprehensive utility and electrical maintenance for a large multi-story condominium complex in Suitland-Silver Hill. Using specialized aerial boom lifts, we accessed various elevations of the building's brick and stucco exterior to complete the required infrastructure work. The project required the use of both telescopic and tracked lifts to navigate the tight spaces between the residential structures and landscaped areas. We also coordinated work around the property’s existing Kohler generator units and main electrical components to ensure reliable service for the entire facility.
