We installed a professional underdecking system for this residential property in Traverse City to create a dry, finished space beneath the upper-level balcony. Our team worked to enclose the exposed wooden joists, transforming the area above the patio and hot tub into a more functional outdoor living environment. We integrated white seamless gutters along the perimeter of the deck structure to ensure proper water management and drainage. The finished horizontal panels provide a clean aesthetic that complements the existing beige siding and glass railing system.
