We completed a comprehensive commercial restoration project focused on structural stabilization and exterior envelope protection. Our crew addressed foundation wall cracks and concrete slab issues in the basement using reinforced shoring and trenching techniques. We also remediated interior water damage by identifying and repairing leaks that had impacted the drop ceiling and mechanical fixtures. For the building’s exterior, we installed a high-performance TPO flat roofing system over Dexcell FA glass mat roof boards to provide long-term durability. We performed extensive masonry repairs to the brick and stucco facade, ensuring all corner joints and transition points were properly sealed. The final outcome included a renovated interior space and a fully weather-tight commercial structure ready for years of service.
