Patriot Power Washing & Sanitation completed a commercial TPO rooftop and industrial equipment cleaning project for Willmeng Construction in Tempe, Arizona 85281. Our crew ran approximately 300 feet of high-pressure hose to the rooftop, allowing us to complete the work without disrupting normal facility operations. Following OSHA-compliant safety practices, we removed debris, dirt, staining, and buildup from the TPO roofing system, drainage grates, concrete equipment pads, walkways, cooling tower areas, industrial piping, and surrounding mechanical surfaces. Special care was taken around exhaust pipes, structural steel, safety equipment, and sensitive rooftop components. The completed service improved the rooftop’s appearance, restored the brightness of the light-colored surfaces, and helped maintain proper drainage and the long-term condition of the facility.
