We completed a comprehensive residential roofing replacement for this single-story home in Austin. Our team addressed significant storm damage, including hail impacts on furnace vents and structural openings caused by high winds. We began by removing the compromised asphalt shingles and performing necessary emergency repairs to secure the structure and prevent further water intrusion. After identifying areas of compromised wood, we replaced several sections of the plywood decking to ensure a stable foundation. We installed high-performance synthetic underlayment and new gray architectural shingles, along with updated ridge vents and pipe jacks. To finish the project, we installed a new black gutter system to improve drainage and protect the stone veneer facade and siding.
