Our team utilized pressure washing to prepare the surface before addressing the standing-seam and corrugated panels across the entire low-slope structure. We ensured the integrity of the roof by inspecting fasteners and installing new ridge caps to provide a uniform finish. We applied a white reflective coating to the standing-seam metal to enhance the building's thermal performance and protect the substrate. The project involved securing all seams and transitions to ensure long-term durability against the elements. This process restored the roof's surface and reinforced the building's weather resistance.
