We completed a structural repair and exterior upgrade for a carport in Leesburg. Our team addressed areas of significant wood rot and damaged aluminum trim that had compromised the integrity of the gable end. We removed the decayed framing and replaced it with sound materials before restoring the white trim and vinyl siding to protect the structure from future moisture exposure. To enhance the functionality of the carport, we installed a custom privacy screen using horizontal pressure-treated wood slats. This new installation was integrated with matching trim boards to complement the existing exterior finishes and gable vent. The final result restored the structural stability of the carport while providing the homeowner with a more enclosed and private space.
