We performed a detailed storm damage inspection on this two-story brick residence in Missouri City. Our team evaluated the entire exterior, including the architectural shingle roof, aluminum downspouts, and perimeter fencing, to identify signs of impact. We carefully documented damage throughout the property to ensure an accurate assessment of the storm's effects. On the roof, we identified significant granular loss and impact marks on the asphalt shingles and ridge vents, which we highlighted using industry-standard chalking methods. We also noted collateral damage to the soft metals, including dents on the downspouts and punctures in window screens. This thorough evaluation provides the homeowner with the necessary documentation for repair and restoration planning.
