We completed a targeted residential roof repair on this home in Delray Beach to address specific leaks and damaged components. Our team focused on the concrete S-tile roof, which included replacing cracked tiles and inspecting the secondary water barrier. We also addressed areas around plumbing vents and attic exhausts that required updated sealing to prevent future water intrusion. To ensure a long-lasting result, we utilized Polystick TU underlayment to reinforce vulnerable sections where tiles had been removed. We applied sealant around the base of the metallic plumbing vent pipes and hand-smoothed the seams between tiles for a watertight finish. This maintenance restored the structural integrity of the roof while protecting the home from seasonal weather.
