We completed a specialized repair for a clay tile roof in Boca Raton. Our team removed broken terracotta S-tiles, cleared debris from the roof valley, and inspected the exposed underlayment for potential leaks. We addressed specific damage points where tiles had been punctured or missing, ensuring the roof's structural integrity was restored. We installed replacement orange clay tiles and applied a white waterproof membrane along the stucco wall transitions to prevent water intrusion. To finish the job, we used fresh mortar on the ridge caps and hips to secure the tiles and maintain a cohesive appearance across the pitched surfaces.
