We addressed a persistent roof leak on this single-story residence in Boca Raton after the owner reported water spots on the interior ceiling. Our team conducted a thorough inspection of the attic and exterior to identify the precise source of moisture intrusion near a plumbing vent. We removed the existing weathered concrete tiles to access the damaged substrate and prepare the area for a permanent fix. To ensure a watertight seal, we installed a new section of Polyglass Polystick Plus underlayment as a secondary water barrier. We carefully integrated the new flashing around the plumbing vent pipe before resetting the original grey concrete S-tiles. This targeted repair restored the structural integrity of the roofing system and protected the home’s interior from future water damage.
