We performed a targeted roof repair for this residence in Delray Beach. Our team focused on sealing critical transition points where the roof meets the gutter system and fascia boards to prevent potential water intrusion. We applied specialized sealant to the base of the curved concrete roof tiles and the white metal gutter downspouts. This maintenance work reinforced the connection between the fascia and the tile roof, ensuring the drainage system functions correctly and protects the structure from moisture damage.
