We completed a focused roof repair for a residence in Delray Beach. Our team addressed a specific section of the concrete tile roofing, removing the existing S-tiles to access and inspect the underlying layers. We also examined the wooden rafters and plywood sheathing from within the attic to ensure the structural framing remained secure before proceeding with the surface repairs. We installed a new section of roof membrane and secured the dark gray underlayment to prevent potential leaks. The light tan concrete S-tiles were then carefully reset, and we reinforced the hip intersections with rounded ridge cap tiles and fresh mortar joints. This targeted repair restored the roof's weatherproofing and long-term durability while maintaining the original aesthetic of the home.
