We completed a full residential roof replacement for this two-story home in Simpsonville. We installed new CertainTeed Landmark architectural asphalt shingles in Moire Black color, providing a clean and updated look for the property. The installation featured a new ridge vent system for improved attic ventilation and white metal flashing for superior moisture protection. We also secured all roof penetrations with new rubber boots and a fresh chimney cap to ensure long-term durability.
