We completed a commercial metal roofing system in Panama City. Our team utilized high-pressure equipment to clear the corrugated panels and inspect the integrity of the standing seam structure. We focused on cleaning the vertical ribs and ensuring all fasteners remained secure across the expansive surface area. The project resulted in a bright white, reflective finish that enhances the building exterior while protecting the metal substrate. We addressed specific roof penetrations, including chimney vents and ridge lines, to ensure a cohesive and functional result. This maintenance work helps extend the lifespan of the roof and improves its thermal performance for the commercial property.
