We completed a comprehensive metal roof restoration for this commercial facility in Naples. Our team thoroughly cleaned the existing standing seam metal panels before applying a high-reflectivity white roof coating across the entire surface. We first tackled small metal repair that was to far gone to coat. After that, the process involved pressure washing the corrugated panels to ensure proper adhesion and sealing seams to prevent future leaks. This updated white finish significantly improves thermal performance and protects the metal substrate from environmental wear.
