We completed an exterior maintenance and assessment project in Leander that addressed both the property's perimeter and its roofing system. Our team performed a digital inspection of the multi-faceted asphalt shingle roof, mapping all exhaust vents and pipe jacks for a condition report. We also evaluated the existing cedar privacy fence, identifying areas of wear, discoloration, and structural splitting in the support posts. We applied a new stain to the vertical cedar pickets to protect the wood and improve the overall aesthetic of the yard. Our work included refreshing the horizontal support rails and ensuring the new finish was applied evenly across the fence line. This project restored the fence's appearance while providing the homeowner with a detailed overview of their home's exterior health.
