Water Heater Replacement and Plumbing Valve Upgrades in Medicine Hat
We completed a water heater replacement and comprehensive plumbing system update for this project in Medicine Hat. We identified a failing water heater unit with significant corrosion and mineral buildup and replaced it with a new Rheem Performance model. Additionally, we repaired several sections of copper piping and installed new brass shut-off valves and water meter connections throughout the utility spaces. Our team installed the new gas water heater utilizing flexible braided stainless steel supply lines and a galvanized vent system. We replaced multiple aging gate valves with modern brass ball valves to improve system reliability and ease of maintenance. The work involved accessing copper pipe junctions through existing ceiling and wall panels, ensuring all new soldered and pressed fittings were secured and leak-free. These updates restored efficient hot water service and provided better control over the building's water distribution.
