We completed a concrete patio extension for a residence in Okatie to expand the existing outdoor living area. Our team excavated a trench along the home's foundation to prepare for utility line integration and site leveling. We poured a new rectangular concrete pad designed to sit flush with the original surface for a seamless transition. The project involved working around existing gas and electrical meters to ensure the new foundation was properly graded and functional. This expanded surface provides a stable and clean area for outdoor equipment and cooking. The finished concrete creates a durable addition that complements the home's exterior while improving the yard's usability.
