We performed a comprehensive roofing replacement for this single-story residence in Manor. The process involved removing old materials down to the OSB sheathing and inspecting the roof deck for structural integrity. We then installed high-performance synthetic underlayment and new asphalt shingles across the entire hip roof structure. To improve the home's thermal regulation, we integrated several metal box vents and updated the exterior trim components. Our team also utilized air scrubbing equipment during the project to ensure the interior environment remained clean and comfortable for the residents.
