We completed a full residential roofing replacement for this home in Manor. The project involved stripping the existing materials down to the roof deck to assess the condition of the underlying structure. We repaired damaged sections of the roof deck using new OSB sheathing and installed fresh underlayment to provide a reliable secondary water barrier. Our team installed 40 linear feet of new valley metal flashing and multiple box vents to ensure proper drainage and attic ventilation. We utilized architectural asphalt shingles along with pre-cut starter strips and ridge caps for a cohesive, weather-tight finish. The final installation included careful integration of flashing against exterior walls to prevent future leaks and moisture intrusion.
