We completed a comprehensive deck restoration and structural repair project for a residence in Leesburg. Our team addressed deteriorating wooden components, focusing on the staircase, support joists, and railing systems to ensure safety and stability. We replaced worn stair treads and stringers to resolve wood rot identified during the initial assessment. We utilized pressure-treated lumber for the framing and installed new dark-stained treads paired with clean white risers. The updated railing system incorporates black metal balusters and refreshed wooden posts to modernize the exterior look. These improvements restored the structural integrity of the elevated deck and provided a more durable outdoor space.
