We completed a comprehensive residential re-roofing project for this home in Orlando, addressing a failing and oxidized metal roof. The scope of work involved a complete tear-off of the old panels to inspect the structural integrity of the home. We performed significant repairs to the wood decking, fascia boards, and roof substrate where rot and damage were discovered to ensure a sound foundation.
