We completed a full residential roof replacement for a home in Hutto. Our team performed a comprehensive tear-off of the old asphalt shingles and addressed underlying structural needs by installing new oriented strand board sheathing and plywood decking where necessary. We also integrated new ventilation systems to ensure the home's attic space remains properly regulated. During the installation process, we utilized high-quality white synthetic underlayment and GAF high-capacity dome roof vents to maximize durability and airflow. The project involved meticulous flashing work around chimney caps and vents to prevent future leaks, providing a secure and weather-tight barrier for the entire property.
