We completed an exterior project in Clayton that included the construction of a new elevated wooden deck and the installation of a white vinyl sliding glass door. Our team handled the structural framing for the new door opening and integrated the unit into the existing vinyl siding. We built the deck using pressure-treated lumber to ensure long-term durability and structural stability. The project featured an L-shaped staircase leading to a lower landing, all supported by diagonal bracing and concrete footings. We installed matching vertical railings and balusters to provide safety and a cohesive aesthetic across the structure. This addition creates a functional transition from the home's interior to the backyard and enhances the overall utility of the outdoor space.
