We completed a comprehensive residential roof replacement for this home in Round Rock, TX. Our team performed a full tear-off of the existing shingles on both the main residence and the detached backyard shed. During the removal process, we identified and replaced compromised sections of the roof deck with new OSB and plywood to ensure a secure, code-compliant foundation. We installed high-quality gray architectural asphalt shingles over a specialized synthetic underlayment for maximum weather resistance. The project included the replacement of all peripheral components, including new 3-inch PVC pipe jacks, metal roof vents, and plumbing stacks.
