Custom Pressure-Treated Wood Deck and Staircase Construction in Raleigh
We replaced an existing concrete stoop and staircase with a custom-built pressure-treated wood deck in Raleigh. Our team managed the demolition of the original masonry entrance and installed a new elevated platform featuring a 10-foot by 8-foot footprint and four-foot wide stairs. The structure was built using pressure-treated lumber secured with heavy-duty carriage bolts and metal joist hangers for long-term durability. We excavated and poured concrete footers to support the main posts against the home’s brick foundation. This new outdoor living space provides a stable, functional area for seating and improved access to the backyard.
