We completed a comprehensive residential roofing project for a home in Manor, focusing on a full tear-off and replacement. After removing two existing layers of felt, we identified and addressed wind damage to the cricket flashing. Our team ensured a clean start by preparing the surface with synthetic underlayment before installing new composite shingles. We used high-quality asphalt shingles along with dedicated hip and ridge cap composites to enhance durability. To ensure a weather-tight finish, we also restored the chimney flashing, sealing and painting the trim to match the home exterior. The completed installation provides reliable protection against the elements and significantly improved the structural integrity of the roof system.
