We performed a full tear-off and replacement of the flat roofing system on this Tucson home. After removing the existing gravel and clearing the roof to the decking, we replaced damaged plywood sheets and installed new wooden fascia boards to ensure a solid foundation. Our team then installed a high-performance two-ply SBS modified roofing system, including a self-adhered base sheet and a mineral-surfaced cap sheet color-matched to the existing structure.
